Neither shipment in place nor qualified acceptance shall relieve seller from any of its responsibilities under this contract , including successful completion of the acceptance tests and correction of defects or deficiencies in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof 装运到场和合格验收都不免除卖方在本合同项下的任何责任，包括验收测试的成功完成以及按本合同条款和条件对瑕疵或缺陷进行纠正。
